SPARK TANK 3.0 – Winner (₹20,000)
602 KM from home • 40+ teams • 364 participants
We suited up in blazers, battled tough competition, and clinched SPARK TANK 3.0 at Vishnu Institute of Technology (Autonomous), Andhra Pradesh with ₹20,000. Our hybrid AI/ML + VLM retail solution stood its ground—proving innovation travels beyond borders. That is @billianceai. Grateful to my teammates: Tamil Adhavan & Gouthamarvind Varatharajan.
Innovators Day 2025 – 1st Prize (₹15,000)
700+ participants • 50 colleges • 3 rounds • 168 KM drive
We showed up in all-black, coded with all heart, and walked away with 1st Prize at Innovators Day 2025, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College. Jeppiaar Institute of Technology – Hackathon 1st Prize
48 KM • 109+ participants • 1 MVP • 2 bald heads
Quick victory. Me & Gouthamarvind Varatharajan built a hackathon-ready MVP and brought home 1st Prize at Jeppiaar Institute of Technology, Sriperumbudur. Project: WeSafe Card—an NFC-driven emergency intelligence system that securely handshakes with smartphones, acquires geolocation, and triggers encrypted alerts to a trusted network. Built in just 20 minutes—a rush of innovation. Huge thanks to the amazing coordinators.

Best Technology & Innovation Award
We may not have finished in the top 3, but we walked away with something greater—the Best Technology & Innovation Award. Grateful to lead a passionate team: Gouthamarvind Varatharajan, Sudharshan B, and myself (Tarun KM). As we continue building not just startups, but communities: The Konos Community (events) and Hack.0PS (next-gen tech force). Bolt Build Session – 2nd Prize (₹5,000)
World’s largest hackathon build session
Our team secured 2nd Prize at Bolt’s global build session. We presented Konos Drive Intelligence—an AI-powered document intelligence bot using VLMs, structured in three layers: 1) Metadata, 2) Content, 3) Determination. It auto-categorizes millions of files into 12+ smart categories, supporting 72+ file formats. Prize amount donated to a food initiative under the Philanthropy Wing of mykonos. Team: Gouthamarvind Varatharajan & Shyam Niyog. This is just the beginning.
Jeppiaar Engineering College – Ideathon Runner-Up (₹1,000)
MindWavery – Local AI mental health chatbot
Runner-Up at Jeppiaar Engineering College Ideathon with MindWavery—a local AI-powered mental health chatbot that chats with users and plays music based on mood, helping those battling emotional stress. Earned ₹1,000 and bigger motivation. Team: Gouthamarvind Varatharajan, Kousikarvind Varatharajan, and myself. MindWavery will grow as a subsidiary under my startup.
